The New Way Forward Act is THE most dangerous piece of proposed legislation I have ever seen. I guarantee it is the most dangerous YOU’VE ever heard of, and if this proposed pile of crap were ever to become law, the United States would be turned into a third world country.
But it is actually worse than that.
The bill is better than 4,000 words that are meant to erase our sovereignty as a nation, and designed to unleash upon law abiding citizens a tsunami of illegal alien criminals that wreak havoc on our streets, in our cities, and across whatever would be left of this once great nation.
The bill was introduced by Jesus Garcia, a liberal from Illinois, and is co-sponsored by the ilk of Ilhan Omar, AOC and 42 other liberals who see this as a way to fast-track a new voting bloc.
So, what’s in it?
How about this for starters…
8 USC §1325(a) and 8 USC §1326 of current U.S. law make it illegal to enter the United 
States without proper documentation, and illegal to re-enter the United States after being deported. Those are the foundation stones of U.S. immigration law, and under the New Way Forward Act both would be repealed. Gone. And it would then be perfectly legal to be in this country illegally.
Surely those current laws would be replaced with some other form of deterrence from illegal entry, right? Wrong. The New Way Forward Act contains exactly ZERO deterrents to illegal entry, illegal reentry, or for that matter, to staying in this country illegally for as long as the illegal alien desires.
But, it gets worse.
The New Way Forward Act also bakes into the cake a “statute of limitations” and I use the word “limitations” in the loosest sense, that says 5 years after a crime is committed by an illegal alien, it’s as if the crime never occurred at all, and said illegal alien is in the clear, meaning deportation for said crime is off the table. The so-called “statute of limitations” would allow dangerous criminal illegal aliens to remain in the U.S. so long as 5 years have passed since their convictions.
Let me give you an example.
Let’s say an illegal alien rapes someone, gets caught, and sent to prison for 6 years. As the law stands today, when that illegal alien gets out in 6 years, the illegal alien is immediately deported, and not allowed to re-enter the U.S., but under the New Way Forward Act, that same illegal alien convicted rapist would get out of prison, and then roam freely about our nation.
As our immigration courts are bogged down now, with the average wait for an initial deportation hearing at better than 2 years, the New Way Forward Act would force onto the already overburdened system so many imposed, forced short timelines for hearings that the system would simply be crushed under the regulatory weight, and any illegal alien whose hearing date can’t be met, would skate.
That too is by design.
The Act would virtually eliminate immigration law protections such as a state’s ability to assist ICE or U.S. Immigration in the handling of information or effecting arrests, it would allow State or municipal governments to bar their law enforcement entities from sharing 
info with ICE, and it would put an end to 287(g) Program, that provides training to municipal and state law enforcement so that they CAN assist ICE apprehending deportable aliens.
Oh, I know it’s bad, but wait…there’s more…
As I said before, this festering pile of crap, the New Way Forward Act is better than 4,000 pages long, and to attempt to cover each and every absurd aspect of it would be nearly impossible, but here’s something that you really should know about this ACT of abject insanity…it has a “Right to Come Home” clause in it. And what might that be? Well…
Under the New Way Forward Act, any illegal alien who may have been deported on or after April 24, 1996, will be allowed to COME BACK…at government expense (and for you who might still think the government has its own money, it doesn’t so that means at YOUR expense as a tax paying U.S. citizen) — for new hearings if they establish that they would not have been deported if the provisions in this bill had been in effect back then when they 
were removed.
If they can prove that they would NOT have been deported if this bill was in effect for the last 24 years? As this bill sits in committee right now, it virtually prevents ANY illegal alien from being deported for ANY reason at all. That means that ALL illegal aliens deported in the last 24 years would get a free trip back to the good old USA at YOUR expense no matter WHAT they may of done criminally while they were here illegally back then.
Before I get to yet another absurd part of the New Way Forward Act, allow me to share with you a few important numbers so as to provide some context for all of this, and these are numbers from 2019 alone. Last year, according to the Justice Department illegal aliens were convicted of 1,900 homicides, 10,000 sex offenses and 45,000 assaults along with 74,000 successful drunk driving prosecutions. That’s just last year’s numbers, and under the New Way Forward Act, virtually NONE of those illegal aliens would be deported after serving their sentences. NONE of them.
How’s that grab ya?
Now to be fair, crimes committed by illegal aliens under this absurd Act would only result in POSSIBLE deportation if the sentence was 5 years or more. As U.S. law now stands, that deportation mandate comes at a 1 year sentence, but here’s the real deal according to the 
Bureau of Justice Statistics…crimes like car theft, fraud, and weapons offenses carry average prison sentences of fewer than five years. That means under the proposed Act, most illegal aliens committing such crimes would not be deported for doing so. And let’s be clear here, there are violent crimes we hear about in news reports almost every day, things like sexual abuse, assaults, in some cases, rapes or even child abuse where the perpetrator gets a sentence of less than 5 years.
Under the New Way Forward Act, not even THOSE crimes committed by an illegal alien would result in deportation.
And if that’s not enough, get this…under the New Way Forward Act, any deportation considered by the courts would be subject to any individual immigration judge’s feelings…not necessarily on statutes of law. For instance, if a particular judge FEELS that deportation of any given illegal alien would be harmful to that illegal alien’s self-esteem, or might cause a family hardship, or nearly anything else, the judge can dismiss the deportation out of hand…but there is a little something else cooked into it…it’s called age limits…as in according to the Act, if the illegal alien is under 21 years of age, or over 60…they CAN NOT be deported.
Okay, here are just a couple of other abjectly absurd parts of the New Way Forward Act 
that will light your hair on fire…
As the laws of the land stand today, falsifying a passport if you’re an alien will get you tossed from our country, but under the proposed Act, no matter who you are, no matter why you falsified your passport, you can NOT be deported. That means not only do you not need documents to be here, even if you have FAKE documents…no problem, no crime, and no deportation for you.
Okay, one more…
The New Way Forward Act also serves notice, or perhaps a better phrase would be, “sends an engraved invitation to,” any alien from any country that may have committed any crime in their home country because the law would bar previous crimes of any kind 
from being used as a reason to deport an illegal alien. That’s an invitation to every illegal alien drug lord, cartel member, MS13 gang member, rapist, child molester, murderer and terrorist on the planet.
Will those who accept this engraved invitation assimilate? Will they become productive members of society and eventually citizens of this great nation? Will they follow our laws? Some will, but realistically, as recent history and the numbers shown earlier prove, most will not. Why would they? Perhaps a better question is why SHOULD they when all that’s requested of them by those who issued the engraved invitations is that they simply vote democrat.
And finally, not to be taken lightly, or considered a separate topic is the all-out liberal push to do away with the Electoral College…the only thing standing between a Constitutional Republic and mob rule. Transparently, the combination of the engraved invitation to illegal aliens, the elevation of them to preferred class status, and the elimination of the Electoral 
College is to flood America with a new voting bloc that will support the destruction of the rule of law for their own benefit.
The idea of sanctuary cities, and sanctuary states is so passe to liberals today when what they really seek is a sanctuary country being overwhelmed by those who are more than willing to be bribed to vote for the party that has put them above American citizens.
Ask yourselves this; if the liberals are in anyway sincere regarding their claimed hatred of foreign interference in our elections, why are they inviting illegal aliens from around the globe, furnishing them with driver’s licenses many of which are from states that also have motor-voter laws and at the same time, vehemently opposed to any form of voter ID? And notice how having a valid ID is only a minority suppression argument used by liberals when it comes to voting, but it never seems to be an issue where the need for a valid ID is required for anything else.
The staggering cost of this absurd New Way Forward Act isn’t just measured in taxpayer dollars and cents, it will devastate the economy, the justice system, the safety of every American citizen, and the very fabric of our society. For liberals, that’s the true beauty of it. It would be so destructive that it would force people into reliance on the government for even the most basic of needs, and pave the way for absolute socialism.

ds, but do today’s liberals really think this rejection of the rule of law will become law? Given the current make-up of the Senate in Republican control, the obvious answer is no…not right now…but there it will sit, on the table waiting for that day when the ilk of AOC, Ilhan Omar and the rest of the socialist left gain control of both legislative wings of our government.
Never say it can’t happen here, because we’re just one election away from orchestrated liberal chaos, and now that you know the plan…what do you intend to do about it?
